A2ZDocs is a free set of 37 PDF tools that work inside your web browser. Combine and split files, change text, sign a form, shrink a heavy scan, make it searchable, or turn it into Word or Excel, all without sending the file anywhere.
There is no sign-up, no ads, no watermark and no daily limit. The tools are built on trusted open-source libraries, including pdf-lib, Mozilla PDF.js, qpdf, HarfBuzz and Tesseract OCR, and they run on your own computer or phone.
How it works

- Add your files by choosing them or dropping them onto the page. Your browser opens them; nothing is uploaded.
- Set the options and run the tool. The work happens on your device, so there is no upload or queue to wait for.

Your files stay with you
Many online PDF sites send your document to a server, process it there and send it back. Here the work is done inside the browser tab, by code running on your own device. Your PDF is not uploaded, stored or seen by anyone else, and the site's security policy stops the page from connecting to other servers at all.
That makes it a sensible choice for bank statements, payslips, ID documents, medical records and work files. The practical limit is your device memory rather than an upload size, so very large files are slower on older phones and computers.

Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes, in an up-to-date mobile browser. Scan to PDF can use the phone camera directly. Heavy jobs, such as OCR on a long document, take longer on a phone, and very large files depend on how much memory the device has.
